Why sit at the computer trying to make your text looked stenciled, when you can get up, buy a pack of letter stencils, and spray your own text? A lot of artists either make their own grunge that just doesn’t look authentic or buy a pack of Photoshop brushes to do the job for them. The problem with this is, another artist can look at the art and say, hey, I have that set of brushes. Keep your work unique and authentic, because it really shows when you take the time to do your own paint, stencils, or drips, whatever it may be.
